Very impressed with the amount of expertise, knowledge, and element of candor and personal experiences built in. Even for our non-certification class, it was very informative. Our instructor, I forget her name, but she was exceptional at making in enjoyable, relatable, and easy to remember. Thanks!

I just got re-certified and thank God I did because two days later my niece was choking. I was able to perform the Heimlich/ Abdominal thrust successfully on her when the back slaps weren’t working.

They will automatically add books to your cart at checkout and say they are required to have to take the class when they are not. When you go to them about a refund and explain that it says its required on their website and automatically adds the book into your cart at checkout they said I personally already talked to their V.P. of sales yesterday when I only talked to a receptionist 2 days ago and I will not get a refund even though the plastic wrap is still on the book and saying that you had the option to take the book out of your cart at checkout, even though it was automatically added to my cart and says it's a required textbook for this class next to it. When I try to calmly explain that I'm not the only one who felt this way and that their website should be fixed or changed they told me that they will not argue with me and I am not getting a refund then promptly hung up the phone. Seems like a money grab to me and very dishonest with poor customer servise, I would not recommend going here.

I attended a Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) class led by Julie Hubbard-Morsy. Her real-life experiences in neonatal care, particularly neonate resuscitation, were inspiring and educational. One memorable story was about a critical incident where she performed neonatal resuscitation in a non-hospital setting. Her teaching style was engaging, making the class an invaluable experience. I left with a deeper understanding of neonatal resuscitation and a renewed commitment to neonatal care.

I took a basic EKG class and am very disappointed. It was supposed to be a basic beginner class for interpreting an EKG. It ended up being a lecture where the instructor was talking at about 300 miles a minute, using advanced terms. At the end there was a test and after the test he gave all the correct answers, said to put 100% at the top of the test and everyone got a certificate of completion….. ?
There should have been more explanation of each type of rhythm and how to identify it. After each type of rhythm a little practice session or something. I hardly learned anything
