I have never been demeaned and degraded to the point where I got off the phone and cried in my life until I spoke to the representative through this organization. Every single thing I said, she was very vocal and judging me. She didn’t offer any help and just repetitively demeaned me on the phone to the point where I hung up on her. This was the worst experience of my life. I have never asked for help in my life and then when I do, I am talk down to you by the woman in charge of this operation. I cannot believe the way that I was spoken to in such a degrading Manor in the worst time of my life. I would rather go hungry and sleep next to the street then be talked to like that. I don’t understand how a person in good conscience can kick somebody when they’re down.

Catholic counseling at it's BEST! Thank you God for the blessing of these counselors to help guide us and even sometimes help ourselfves dig our way out of an unhappy whole. God love the people that work for Catholic Charities of Idaho

I had an appointment for a consultation but they made me wait almost 20 minutes past that time.
It was helpful advice, I had to pay for the visit. Convenient service.
