The entire team—from leadership to instructors to support staff—is dedicated to making a real impact in students' lives. It's inspiring to be part of an organization that truly values education, personal growth, and community.

The work culture is supportive and collaborative, with plenty of opportunities for professional development and input into decision-making. I feel heard, appreciated, and encouraged to bring my best every day. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and there's a clear focus on both student and employee success.

CCI genuinely cares about its students. The staff and faculty empathize with the challenges that students face as they juggle a healthy school/work/home balance. The class sizes are small and intimate, allowing time for individualized attention. Course content is designed and structured so students complete their programs with greater than "entry-level" competence. I feel very confident that graduates are entering the workforce with the essential skills needed for success in their chosen fields.

I began working for this company at the end of 2020 (prior to having children), and I worked here until the end 2022 when I was wrongfully discriminated against for having children!
I made the mistake of investing my time and energy into this company, but I’m hoping this review will allow others, especially women who have children, to do their research and ensure they make a decision to pursue their education at a school that is reputable, fair, and that will not discriminate against you for being or becoming a mother! On another note, I am leaving this review now because it has been two years since I’ve worked here, and yet, I am still receiving emails of documents (which I would consider confidential financial aid information) to my personal email. I have received 5 docusigns for different students in the last three days. As a financial aid professional, I find this unacceptable as I am no longer affiliated with this company and should not be receiving student’s financial aid information.

With that being said, here is my experience in picture form as my story exceeds the characters allowed for this review.

The people who work for this particular location are great. My first instructor was okay, but I didn't feel like I got enough information from them and had to seek alternative resources (which they encourage) in order to understand. My second instructor, while new to instructing, was phenomenal. I got a lot of real-world information from him. The coursework isn't what I thought. The courses are brief and I didn't feel like they spent enough time going over the intricacies of each subject. I thought that this was a more hands-on system to go through the motions of IT work. This seemed purely informational and even my second instructor seemed to struggle with conveying the coursework without showing us. Cost is somewhat reasonable, though I feel like I could have used primarily online resources and took the certification exams without using student loans. While I don't regret my education at this school, mostly because of my second instructor, I'm not sure I can recommend this school as a solution for the acquisition of certifications. Additionally, you still have to go to an outside testing facility to get certifications.

I had an excellent experience overall with CCI Training Center-Dallas Campus. My Instructor, Dr. Tamara Haskins is not only adept at teaching Information and Technology related courses but also very helpful in every way possible to students for better learning purposes.
The staff is awesome and so is the education centre itself.
I would recommend CCI Training Centre to anyone anyday.

Before entering CCI Training Center, I was fairly new to the IT world. In the past year, I've studied various subjects pertaining to IT. This school has helped me get certified and employed with my first IT job. I highly recommend this school. Oh Yeah, Dr. Haskins is a Great Teacher!
