I have been watching many of the YouTube videos posted by the school and the owners, Alex and David, and became interested in learning how to deal. In 2019, my plan was to learn two games and eventually become proficient enough to maybe work in a Vegas casino for a couple of months. This wasn’t meant to be a lifetime career but rather a bucket list experience.

However, COVID-19 put my plans on hold for almost four years due to my job and other responsibilities. During this time, I stayed in touch with Alex Kim through several visits to the store and school, and he never seemed bothered by my inquiries. When I finally started school for Roulette this week, I immediately understood why I liked him, David, and the other staff at the school so much—they are simply good people. You come in as a student and leave as a friend.

Alex's teaching is excellent. He can adapt his teaching styles and makes learning fun and easy, with lots of laughter and enjoyment making each day at school great. I am happy to have met you and your team, Alex. I can highly recommend the school to anyone who wants to learn how to deal. All of them are highly experienced dealers and will do anything to get you to the point where you can get hired by a casino. Thanks again for all you do!

Finishing up my time here after learning 2 games through the Station program but will be using the school for as long as I can!

Honestly loved every minute, trainers are always available and welcome any questions, all of them are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help at any moment.

I'd highly recommend this school to anybody out there still looking for one. I have no perspective on how they assist with careers but from what I have seen they go above and beyond to find you a placement and have heard only positive things from fellow students.

Can't wait to come back and learn some more!

I had an amazing experience at CEG Dealer School. I attended the Dealer Express Craps Course. They give you a T-shirt (this shirt cannot be bought, must be earned), Course Syllabus and Training Manuel. This 2 days course gives you an insight to what it is like being a dealer. As a craps player I often wondered what is it like to be dealer and if I had the ability to deal craps. This class fulfilled those curiosities as well as improved my ability as a craps player. I improved my craps playing ability by seeing the game from the dealer prospective and improving my power pressing capability. The course is taught by David and Brian, who both have more than 30 years of crap dealer experience. The class size is small which allows for personalized instruction. They begin with an overview of the game. Then talk about cheque handling. You are given plenty of practice with cheque handling drills. One of my favorite parts of the class. You are taught responsibilities of the various dealer positions. You are taught order of operations and how to pay each bet. During each phase of instruction. You are given a chance to practice what is taught. This is all done in small step by step processes which as easily to understand and follow. Another favorite drill is the 6 to 60. This how you learn the most efficient way to move cheques to increase place bets by one unit, ranging from $6 to $60. You also get to practice working the stick and stick calls. Day 2 is done at Casino Quest. This is where you assist the Casino Quest instructors as a dealer. You get to put your new skills to the test. The Casino Quest dealers would also play the role of players to improve your dealer abilities through hands on practice without the fear or stress of risking real money. Nick and Matt from Casino Quest are great guys who kept us laughing and improved the enjoyment of our experience by imitating players they have experienced as dealers. Overall the experience was very enjoyable, educational, and exceeded expectations. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants to improve their Craps playing ability and anyone who wants a craps dealer experience. It would also work well as an introductory course for anyone wanting to be a dealer. If you are wanting to work as a dealer in a casino they have that covered as well. Thank You to David, Brian, Nick, and Matt for making this a wonderful experience that I will not forget.

They teach all the casino games. The owner, Alex has experienced dealers that guide you through learning the game and make sure you learn the right procedures. The craps instructor Lisa is one of the best.

I am so glade that I made the decision to go to CEG Dealer school to learn dealing skills. First of all, you may think that the school is small after you see the uploaded pictures, however, you get everything you need to learn and practice. The room is clean and nice where you get a very good learning environment. The owner Alex Kim keeps upgrading the equipment (changing new layouts, new chips, and new play cards) which make people feel very nice to learn and practice there. Another important factor that made me choose CEG over other dealing schools is that the very low students to instructor ratio. Normally, one teacher will take care of 3-4 schools. And sometimes you are very likely to get one to one with the instructor. Alex will make sure that you spend enough times with the instructors to know enough tips and important things about the games.
One things that I want to point out is that all the instructors are all working big casinos like Cosmopolitan, Wynn, Flamingo and Palms. They will let know enough tips of dealing the games and tell you their real casino experience which are all super helpful to the new dealers.
Third, the flexible schedule of dealing school is very nice for the people who has a job or cannot go the school full time. The school open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm during the week and opens on most weekend from 12:00 to 6:00 pm.
All the students and teachers are very friendly and happy to help each other. You may see the previous students who may be working in casino go back to the dealing school to help new students out. It’s very likely to make good friends there in the CEG dealer school.
Last, when you get ready to find a dealing job in casino, Alex will help you to find the job opportunities and help you with interview and auditions. Alex always try his best to make sure students from his school get jobs when they graduate.
Over all I am very happy that I the decision to learn the dealing skills in CEG. After three weeks study here, I just got my interview and audition done last weeks and got a dealing job offer. I really want to say thanks to Alex, he is really friendly and patient to help everyone in the school. The owner Alex really makes “producing the quality dealers” as his priority in the dealing school business.
To all the people who plan to be a dealer, if you still searching to find a good dealing school, you definitely need to come to the CEG Dealer School.

CEG is without a doubt the BEST dealer school in the country. I flew in from Michigan for this school specifically. The instructors are amazing and give you everything you need to succeed. You can tell they have a passion for the industry, and are there to help you along and encourage you. Jose is the roulette master and will give you all the tools you need. Lee is fantastic, Becky and Lauren are always willing to help and show you anything you ask about, and encourage you on your way. In my short time at school, I met amazing people and will always treasure my time here. Best decision I ever made. Thank you CEG!

I am so glad I had chosen CEG Dealer school to learn my games. Alex, the owner and also one of the instructors, is so patient and knowledgeable. He will make sure you learn how to deal the games properly and puts in an effort to prepare you to pass the interviews and auditions. Of course, how well you do can reflect on his reputation. Therefore, he is very adamant with teaching proper techniques. I feel he genuinely will help you get your career started. All the instructors at the school are great and if you are lucky enough to be at the school on the right days, you might run into Alex's Mom who personally, I think is simply the greatest!

This was the best school to go to. I read the reviews before signing up at CEG dealer school and have no regrets. Alex and all of the instructors there are very professional and have top notch knowledge on all of the games. The atmosphere is fun and everyone including all of the students get to know each other. I was happy with the of the cost and affordability of the classes. Because of Alex's dedication to the students you really learn the skills you need to obtain a job as a table dealer.
