Fantastic class yesterday - great mixture of on the range with movement and stress vest tactics in the shoot house. The instructors are very knowledgeable and effective communicators. This wasn’t my first class there and it won’t be my last. They have great classes for ladies only too which are fun. And more advanced levels of mixed genders. Highly recommend. If you need help finding the right edc gun or for competition, they can help! Get out and train. (Prices are very reasonable!)

I completed the Intro to Handguns course last Saturday. It was a great experience and definitely the place to start if you are considering purchasing your first handgun. The class begins with 2 hours in the classroom covering all the basics and progresses to the range for the last 2 hours. I tested eight different guns and was able to determine the best one for me. All of the instructors are amazing and create a comfortable environment for new shooters. Don't hesitate, sign up for a course now and I promise you won't regret it.

I completed Basic Pistol & Safety Course with Live Fire November 17, 2024. The class was taught by NRA Certified Instructors: Beverly, Tyler and Dan. The course was divided between classroom and range. This is First Class Training with First Class Instructors. Safety was the primary focus in every aspect of the training. The range training was a hands on continuation of the classroom. For the range, we were divided into 3 groups with an instructor with each group. Once again safety was the top focus. If you don't have a handgun, they provide an option where you can try many of the most popular handguns on the market to see which one is best for you. I plan to take additional classes from CAFT in 2025. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

My husband and I took the Handgun Familiarization class. Scott and Beverly are wonderful! Dan was our instructor and also did a fantastic job. I have little experience with guns and was nervous but they did a great job making me feel both safe and comfortable. They did a great job with their instructor to participant ratio so that I felt safe even having other individuals firing around me. Overall this experience removed my fear and made me feel confident. I hope to be able to take more of their courses in the future so I can become more confident.

Excellent class! They gave us such great personalized attention and were very informative. I attended with my son and felt like we came away with so much new knowledge. I feel so much better about my 21 year old son having a firearm. These folks are great!

I had my first formal training here as a private class. Michael, the instructor, did a great job at finding what I thought I needed to work on and adapting to those needs. He had many different drills and tips that helped me feel more comfortable as a shooter within just a few hours. Everyone was very friendly and timely in setup. Will definitely plan on taking multiple classes in the future.

Fantastic group. Trained
last year with our church
security and again Saturday
10/14/23. l've been shooting for over 35 years and CAFT will not only teach/train you in real world scenarios, they'll do it in ways that makes everyone comfortable. Combining techniques from military, private security, FBI and many others, all rolled into specifically helping church security. I don't remember everyone's name from last year except Scott, they were all fantastic. This year we're trained with Dan and Michael, they too were fantastic. No matter how long you have been shooting, you can always learn something new, and this was a great experience for me. But for church security, this is a must

Scott and Grady are the best gun trainers in town. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me since it was my first experience shooting a gun. I left their training feeling comfortable with valuable classroom information as well as time spent on the shooting range. Give them a try, I promise you will not be disappointed.
