PROS
* I was looking for an in-person class to get my Real Estate license and Century 21 Americana was one of the few schools that offer that in person experience.
* Charlotte is warm, welcoming, and will make you feel welcomed and supported, just as she did us. On top of that, she really knows her stuff when it comes to Real Estate.
* The school provides you with tons of training materials, sample tests and quizzes. If you are dedicated to learning the material and can block out the necessary time, you will succeed.
* We had guest speakers come from the Century 21 Americana team and share us some keys to success.

CONS
* I had to commute 30 minutes each day for class, but in my opinion this builds discipline and dedication. And you can switch to online only if you want to.

Overall, if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing. Century 21 Americana was the right choice for me.

I recently attended the Century 21 Americana Real Estate School and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The instructor Maria is knowledgeable and experienced, providing real-world insights that are invaluable for aspiring agents. The curriculum is well-structured, covering everything from basic real estate principles between the national and state requirements.

After taking the four week course, I was able to pass both the National & State exams 3 days after finishing the course on the first try!!!!!! Outside of normal classroom studies, insure to do your own due diligence and study at home as well or in a group with your classmates!
