Ceremny is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! It’s not just a place to work out—it’s a multidimensional wellness space that offers everything from yoga and sound bowl meditation to HIIT to SPIN classes and even a men’s workshop. The variety of classes is incredible, and the atmosphere is unlike any other gym.

What really sets Ceremny apart is the community and the staff—they’re welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your experience. Walking into a new gym can be intimidating, but the vibe here makes you feel at home from the start.

This place is amazing! Great variety of classes and the instructors are awesome! Yoga, meditation, cycle, strength classes and so much more. I have been going here everyday since I got my membership and it has changed my life. The owner is amazing, very hands on and the staff is great. The place is brand new, very clean and doesn’t feel like a typical gym. I would suggest taking a couple classes and see if it’s right for you. Definitely try one of the power yoga classes, a cycle class and a strength class, you will be hooked! My favorite instructors so far are Ashley, Julia, Bernard and Steven!

I love the beauty and feel of the studio and that the students come from all walks of life! And holy smokes, the Agility Strength class with Steven is such an amazing class. I love being pushed in a challenging yet motivating way and Steven does just that. It's a very interactive class and the instructor actually walks around constantly to make modifications to form and suggestions for changes depending on injury. (For him asking about injuries actually means something, which I appreciate!) Most importantly he makes me laugh constantly because he is silly, tries to tip you over during balance exercises etc. Another fact I appreciate is that he builds a community. I don't think I have talked this much to other classmates in any other class. I have been pushed to the limits (and sometimes above) but it has never felt overwhelming because he alternates muscle groups so well and it has never felt like a weakness. If you want a quiet class, this class is not for you. If you want to be pushed, laugh and actually learn about yourself and fitness, this is the perfect class. Steven clearly cares about teaching and his students.

CEREMNY brings the best of so many studios - yoga, strength, cycle, mindfulness workshops, community. I also high key love the CEREMNY app that's filled with content I didn't even know I needed - a whole schedule for meditation, breathwork, mindfulness. Ashley, Sydney, and Chris also led a retreat that was truly transformational, and such great teachers. The community is unmatched. Can't say enough good things!!! <333

The Yoga Breathworks classes at CERMNY was challenging but I still felt like I could do all of the flows. The instructor was very kind and patient and offered help throughout the class. It was a joy to attend and work on my breath as well. Looking forward to taking more classes! Beautiful studio with a spiritual vibe!
