A lot of negative reviews but I mean I call give them my times I want to get picked up and dropped off and it’s done pretty easy to deal with and only 3 dollars a ride so for me they work

Usually I always have a good experience getting picked up and dropped off but sometimes the bus is late and it pushes back a lot of things I need to do on campus and sometimes I’ll be late to class which sucks. The bus drivers are nice and I appreciate them but this one woman for DAR who takes our reservations is sometimes rude. I think her name is Martha. I don’t know if she still works there but in the beginning she always talked to me in a rude way and I always took it. But in the morning having someone be rude the way she was definitely effected my day a few times. Like today I called for a reservation and this woman was a little rude and said to have an 715-745 you have to call at 7. I said I tried calling but I never get through and I asked can I have 745-815 and she was like we open at 7. I could hear that she wanted to laugh. So it’s 8:38 and the bus still isn’t here yet. That woman who takes reservations should really treat every single person with respect and she doesn’t need to laugh. She’s ruined a few of my days before but I’m not letting her today!

I was very upset today about the service. Everything was nice at first when they picked me up and dropped me off at my location until I was waiting for my ride back home. IT NEVER SHOWED UP. I was waiting outside @11:50am. That’s 40 minutes before my pick up time at 12:30. I said Ill be in front of Rite Aid and I saw a bus but it was outside some apartments. I called the station and a lady said “it shows as a No Show” crazy because I WAS OUTSIDE. They always suppose to call you when your ride is going to be there at your destination. They didn’t call this time. Make sure your drivers know where to go because mine was at a different location. That’s why we pay $2

They are very understanding to your transportation needs. The price is $3 per ride and free for the disabled. They pick you up at your home or any location within reason. Same as dropping off.

This is a great idea for those who can't drive or don't have a car. My mom is handicapped and the buses are wheelchair accessible, so she use to use them often. However; the service is not great. Several times I was told to expect a ride for my mom between a 30 minute time period, only to have no-one show up. I had to call again frequently to remind them. And when I call, they sound like they really don't want to be bothered with you. I will say that there are a few of the drivers who are very friendly and helpful, but there are one or two that usually act like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

Horrible , mean, inappropriate customer service, even if you're disabled. Bus service is a roll of the dice at best. Fixed routes are a joke. Drivers are mean and rude. If you hate your job so much that you have to take it out on the innocent public then quit and find something else to do.

If you like dead puppies, this is the cab company for you. Driving along, a puppy runs out in the road. The obese driver in the cab behind me starts blaring her horn wildly, as if I shouldn't dare delay her for five seconds by not hitting this dog. Good thing cab companies are dodo birds. I'd never expect an uber driver to be such a psychopath.
