HI, I want to share my experience with you.I came from the Bay Area, to Lancaster I decided to be phlombotomist and look for a school . I found this school online and quickly called to make an appointment. I was greeted in a friendly manner by the School Director, Primavera Fuller. She explained to me the conditions of study and helped me fill out all the documents.I was pleasantly surprised by the price of tuition. I was offered three options for classes and I chose the evening class .When I came to school on the first day I met two wonderful teachers -Jennie and Jushana. Teachers are patients, calm, professional and encourages the students, giving us confidence to be able to do blood draws. They have with a wealth of knowledge and experiences, enabling to share personal experiences and techniques. Class sizes small (6-7 people) and the material is easy to read and understand and can focus more on reach of the student. Book was writing "simply language". Teachers always answers any and all questions and shares personal experiences, stories, and videos to help us understand the material better. Teachers helps for us and prepare us for Final Exam. Primavera is great ,very easy to work with throughout your time at the school with payments, and other information after I done with school. I am very happy with education I received , and look forward to taking my National Exam and proceeding to my externship. I really liked this school, it is my best choice.Thank you very much Primavera, Jennie and Jushana. You are the Best!!!!

CTI has been a wonderful experience. I got to meet great people in both my class and externship. The process was a bit long in my case but Primavera made sure that it was as smooth as possible, through constant communication and encouragement everything was made possible. I can't think of a negative thing to say about the amazing staff or program as a whole. The instructors were just as amazing and helpful as the director. They created a safe and educational environment while still allowing us to have fun and enjoy our time there. Very pleased with this institution.

Right from the moment I walked into cti , everyone that I interacted with was amazing. From the director , instructors and classmates! They really care about you and do the best they can to help you! Took weeks for them to get back to me to start school after calling multiple times they didn’t get back to me after I went in person. Then after I stopped going they didn’t contact the people that I got the loan from and they were saying I owed them payments even tho I stopped going after two days! Very unprofessional !
