Save your money and go somewhere els! Despite all the negative reviews we took a chance and enrolled our almost 2 year old for classes. It was great instructors are great until you have to reschedule because your instructor is not it. Getting a hold of anyone is impossible. Rescheduling is impossible. Upon signing up they give you a free trial class when we decided to commit we were hit with an 80+$ hidden annual fee on top of the 119 for the 4 weeks. It’s now only been 3 weeks and we were charged 179 for the following month instead of the 4th week as per policy. No regard for others finances. We don’t know if we want to continue as they’ve already took out money. We hope they can resolve if they can’t then we will not.

I have been bringing my 6-year-old son, who is on the spectrum, here for a couple of months now, and he absolutely loves it. He has lessons with Robert, who does an amazing job of pushing him while still making him feel safe and secure. Yesterday, my son was able to let go and managed to stay afloat for the first time. While we still have a long road ahead, I have no doubt that he will meet his goals here. Thank you for providing a safe, judgment-free environment for both me and my son.

Teachers are great but their customer service beyond bad. My only reason to 1star is because of that. That system to schedule makeup class or even phone number is truly bad. No one responds… things only happen if you do it in person. Veronica is only good customer service rep who responds other ones don’t care.

I am thoroughly tired and annoyed with their communication. They make it super difficult to schedule make up classes.

The instructors are 16-20 which worries alot of parents. But, there all good teachers and do really care about the people they teach. There very attentive with the kids and form trusting relationships. Ive seen many kids go from terrified of water to trusting their instructor and learning how to swim correctly. For alot of the minor instructors, this is there first job so mistakes will happen.

They have a very bad system of texting. Never answer call. Bad in scheduling make up lessons. Even the teachers are not all good. Specially named JASON

People who know me knows I always have high stander with everything especially after living 15 years in Japan.

We enrolled our 5 year old son to Cogua last end of July and now not even an year he is on level 5 he started from level 1 in last July.

I love their teaching curriculum and all of the instructors. My husband and I were swimming teachers when we were young so we are strict to swimming teachers. I’ve searched many places and I found this place is great and has a great value.

People said they had payment issue to be honest I never had that issue.

They offer 1st lesson for free I think it’s the best swimming school in my area. Strong recommend

I've never been one to write reviews, but this establishment deserves to hear from me. I've been bringing two kids here for the past 1.5 year and it was great at first. The last 6-8 weeks have been completely disorganized and with a constant turnover or last minute schedule change of staff that the instructors don’t even know about themselves. My daughter has had 5 different instructors with every instructor not knowing my kid's progress these last two months. The last minute phone call or an email sent the day before to notify me of yet another instructor change is unacceptable and have caused my child to regress on her swim progress.

The fact that the owner is so nonchalant and unapologetic with how this business is run is beyond comprehension. Our family runs a business and would never talk to the customer in such a rude tone. The paying customer should have a say to some extent and is "always right" so to speak. I'm not asking for free lessons or anything comped because that means nothing to me or my kids. I'm asking for courtesy, professionalism, and most importantly...consistency!!

After this package is complete, we might have to consider another aquatics school who actually values their customers.

There are only a few awesome instructors that are consistently there and unfortunately we can't choose whoever or whenever we want just like they would do to us. Parents out there looking, do your research before signing up because once you pay, it's non refundable.

I can’t speak for other instructors or how they see things but I have much appreciation for Cogua and the experiences it gave me being an instructor.

It was my first job and they took their time showing me the ropes and made everything very manageable and easy to understand. I found great people to work with there and made some friends that I still have even though I’m not there anymore, and enjoyed my time there.

I have never experienced any substance use during my time there and even though sometimes my pay would be short the managers would see to paying me back/getting me my pay in a timely and urgent manner. While checking to make sure everything works and goes efficiently

They try and do as much as they can for their employees and customers even if it’s a struggle or takes time. They do their best and I’m grateful for that
