This was one of the best experiences I've had at a doctor's office. I'm a new patient and when in for an annual physical. I met with NP Samantha and she was very nice, professional, and really took the time to chat, explain things and to listen. I'm incredibly pleased, and grateful to have this medical resource here in Northern Vermont.

I can’t tell u how thankful I am for this experience with Cold Hollow! I have a pet piggy that needs her hooves trimmed 2 times a year and it is very stressful for her(and me) but the girls make the experience so easy and I’m grateful 💕

I went there for my permanent resident medical exam. They said one and only price that I paid right there in medical centar. And they said I am all set. After 1 month I received on my mail another bill for same amount of money from Northwestern Medical Center (never heard about them) .Afterwards I am being told that they( Cold Hallow Practice) sent my blood to another medical centar(NMC) for research and now they are charging me money. They never mention that something like that would happen. And phone operator from Cold Hallow told me yesterday when I called them that I "probably didn't understand ". Trust me, when is about money I understand very well and I make sure twice.
