I'm not a union fan. However, I do see the need for improved school conditions. Yes, we have been promised this for over 18 years. Dr. Dixon has not been our superintendent for that long, yet this falls on her lap AND we will strike to make her and the board make this happen NOW seems a bit unrealistic. Then, again, not sure because . . . I'm not in the room where bargaining happens. I put my faith in God not CEA.

So I’m just wondering why the office hours do not open until 9am, but all middle and high school teachers begin their contractual day at 7:15am? Hmmmm. Interesting! It seems to me that it would only make sense that CEA office hours would follow Teacher contract hours. This has been a problem for YEARS!

Was harassed until I had to quit my job as a teacher. CEA says there is nothing they can do. Don’t bother paying your union dues! CEA does not protect teachers!
