Update 10.12.2024: they ended up waiving the 25.52, and my balance is now zero. I am glad they were able to do that. This was the only negative experience I had (a dentist that was a "no show". The last dentist I saw there was a good gentleman, and he did fix the filling with a new one free of charge and the new fillings are holding up nicely. I am upgrading the rating to five stars.

They were close to my work in Brigham City. Unfortunately I got transferred suddenly to another work location and I could not see them anymore except for care that was in progress. My tooth fillings fell off after three months, and I scheduled an appt to have Dr. Laurtizen fix it. Sadly, the office failed to tell me that Dr. Laurtizen would no longer be there and I drove 90 MPH to make it to the appoitnment on time only to be told that they tried to call or text me, however, they used the wrong phone number to try to reach me. That was crazy because they had the correct number for my voice number to reach me, but never dialed it. I am giving this clinic only three stars because I was able to get a replacement appointment with the new dentist the following month (Ramsdall if I remember how to spell his name correctly. I still owe $25.32, but I refuse to pay it because that is the approximate cost of my travel time from Ogden (to where I got transferred to) to Brigham City. And they now refuse to acknowledge their mistake in trying to reach me when Laurtizen left? Come on, just waive the amount you say I still owe, and I would have given you five stars. I know cat ca ca happens, but some medical providers, including the ones across this provider, charge patients no call, no show fees, and I think patients should be entiled to a no call no show fee in situaitons like this. This is odd because they have called me on the correct phone number before, but not this time with the Laurtizen appointment.

I started going to CHC in Brigham City for emergency dental care 5 months ago. Dr. Lauritzen has been wonderful, and really takes the time to listen and explain things, and is very compassionate. I am very grateful to have found him and his staff. The whole staff is very kind, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend the clinic for any medical or dental care!

I've been a patient at CHC for well over a year.
All of the staff have always been very helpful, polite, pleasant, and understanding. The MA's are all wonderdul ladies, and I am very thankful for them, and all they do.
I have a complex and at times confusing health condition(s) I saw Dr. Lee for about a year, and she was so helpful. She listened and was always willing to help me find answers. I now see Dr. Redd at the Tremonton office, and again, he listens and we are able to work together to find answers. I have taken stacks of medical records and test results from the 4 previous years. Both doctors have been happy for the information, and have helped to create a better picture of my health. And both doctors have been wonderful to help with referrals to specialist, such as spine doctors.
I also see my Therapist at CHC. I was so happy when Dr. Lee told me a professional in the mental health field was available.
My health is complex. It's at times frustrating and depressing. Having the ability to speak with S. Hoffman, the therapist. Has kept my head above water. After 4 years of misery. I have found the best medical team I could ask for. I am so happy with everyone and all they have done. The ladies who manage making my appointments, and deal with my many calls, are always so kind and professional.
I highly recommend this office. They will work with you, as long as you work with them.

I had an appointment today and was told that they tried to call me to tell me the dentist had an emergency and wouldn’t be in. They said they called and it was the wrong number. They then repeated my number back to me and it was correct. I’m pretty bummed I wasn’t able to get in for my appointment. I had been waiting awhile to get my front tooth fixed.

They didnt take any time with my wife explaining and trying to help her understand what's going on and gave her zero help leaving her feeling discouraged and sad. Very poor treatment overall

horrible place to get your teeth fix. dr. santiago was horrible I couldnt believe how disrespectful he is to the patient and his staff. unbelievable I would not recommend this place to anyone.
