He was only in the room with me for less than a minute and didn’t really listen to my complaints before I was told by his assistant that I didn’t need glasses even though I have trouble reading street signs and told me that my problem with judging distance is because I have dry eyes which is a croc of crap since my eyes were watering during my examination. I left there swearing that I will never return there nor will I ever recommend him to anyone that I know. I went in there wearing glasses and was told that I didn’t need them. I guess the assistant knows more than DMV which says that I need glasses to drive. These people in that office really suck, except for the front office staff.

When I first started seeing Martha she was so attentive. She listened to my concerns and addressed them she always appeared to remember e when I came for visit which was so nice because I didn’t have to go over everything everytime I seen her. Now since they moved to the new building she hasn’t been the same I don’t know if she has too many patients now or something else but she never remembers the things we have talked about or at least it seems that way. I am a chronic care patient with numerous diagnoses and procedures. I have to remind her everytime I see her about my health issues and on top of that she doesn’t even remember the things she told me or prescribed. Recently she gave me test results from a ct scan I did in 2023! And it is barely being addressed and they are serious concerns. I don’t know what brought about this change in her but I am considering a new doctor which is something I am very hesitant to do. Starting over with new doctors doesn’t appeal to me but neither does a doctor who doesn’t bother to look over my chart before she comes in the room.

I chose Dr Gonzales to be my primary doctor this year. He is excellent, I told him what my issues were and right away he sent me to get tests done. My previous doctor did not do this. I am very pleased. I just have to listen and apply his recommendation and I have to go to my scheduled appointments.

Dr. Hugo Gonzalez has been an amazing doctor and provided excellent care. He is very knowledgeable and always listens to my concerns and provides the necessary treatments. The staff at this clinic is always professional, polite, courteous, helpful and efficient.
Dr. Hugo Gonzalez is my primary care physician. He too is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and excels at explaining tests he prescribes and results thereof as well as any medications he deems necessary. He does not prescribe anything that is not absolutely necessary for health. Very pleased, I am sad to see him leave.
