Terrible shop don't waste your time. Took a computer there twice, first time they said it was a corrupt windows install and said they fixed it but they actually made the problem worse. I ahd windows 11 and they put it back to windows 10 and it was worse than when I took it in. Took it back a 2nd time and they just looked over it and said sorry can't help you and can't refund anything. They also said they'd let me know before charging me any extra than the $50 diagnostic fee but they didn't tell me they were charging me $30 for a simple windows install that a toddler could do.

Fantastic group of folks. Computer fixed and ready for pickup in two days. The staff explained to me so I could understand what was wrong with the pc and what was done to repair it. I was in the process of trying to help someone else get their computer fixed which had been disabled for quite a while. So I did a search and stumbled across Computer Doctor WV, LLC in Bluefield West Virginia. I visited them and first of all discussed my situation with a young lady who apparently was the receptionist. She explained the way they handle matters.

Her explanation was quite acceptable to me, so on a Monday I took the computer up made my deposit and indicated what we thought was the problem with the computer and that based on extenuating circumstances that I would probably need the computer back within a relatively short time. I indicated that we thought the SSD boot drive had died.

I said that we would like the hard drive replaced and upgraded to a one terabyte drive regardless and also if possible the system upgraded to Windows 11. I was notified in slightly less than 24 hours that the computer was ready for pickup. The total cost was very reasonable. My immediate reaction was WOW, now that is really service with a capital "S". I think they also service networks and telephones.

All of their personnel was utmost friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend the services of Computer Doctor WV, LLC in Bluefield, West Virginia. I do understand that they have fairly recently moved from Princeton to Bluefield. All I can say is Princeton's "loss" is certainly Bluefield's "gain".
