They are starting a new pandemic hysteria in August 2024 recommending masks be worn inside again! Masks don’t protect from viruses thus it’s clearly a mind control operation. Government has no lawful authority to control its citizens with such unwarranted fearfulness it spreads.

I called their appointment hotline for my patient because my patient told me he has been calling but no one answers and even if he leaves a message, he never gets a call back. So, I called the appointment hotline myself. I was on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes and then the voice prompt told me to just leave a message. Same thing happened with patient: no one called me back! Is this all the County can do? Is this where our tax money go? And the thing is, if patients are NOT ABLE to see their doctors because it is impossible to get an appointment, these patients end up with an ER visits in the long run! This is why healthcare is expensive! It is simply because of MISMANAGEMENT, which boils down to lack of staff! And CCHS has been like this for years now!!!! If there is a choice for ZERO STARS, I would definitely would have chosen that!

I created an account because it was required to sign up for a COVID shot. After waiting an hour in line to get the shot, I discovered they were trying to give me the Johnson & Johnson shot that is only 65% effective, which is not good enough considering my wife's immune system is compromised; a little better than a coin toss is not protection from COVID. I refused the shot and now I want them to delete my personal information from their system that they collected and all I am getting is a round around, even though none of it has to do with medical information since they never "treated" me. I was on hold for almost an hour, with a a voice telling me how many were in front of me, before their phone system dumped me into a voice mail that was full and told me to call another number (which they didn't provide). One of the worst customer services I've ever encountered.

Skin cancer diagnosed in 2009 beginning of that year. Two visits with dermatologist who infoemed.me not important. Then made App in 2016 was told horrific ! False diagnosis by that dermatologist still at this location.
Radiation treatment was put off because I was a 24 hr caregiver my patient more important. Three weeks on daily radiation. ReRescheduled year later but woukd not schedule untilverified my medical record from CCRMC was accurate since viewed in 2005 found groosly incorrect incomplete records proving the doctors unable to write correct medical records included not one doctor performed any exam for serious pain because of surgery I had in 2000.

Very easy to go in in-person to pick up my son's birth certificate. Ample parking, no wait at the window, helpful staff. The building feels like a ski lodge.
