I was in town and wanted to take a family member out for her birthday and get pedicures. I am used to going to beauty colleges for services as we have one in my city. But this place was a bit disappointing. The reviews seemed like it would be a fun experience but the place is a little drab. We were the only people there and it was a bit awkward. The chairs were pretty worn. The ladies brought in Buckets of water for our feet. The student that did my family member did a decent job. She filed the nails and painted them nicely. But there was little pedicure meaning actual maintenance of the feet. No filing the heels.

The student that did mine gave a decent foot massage and that was it. She didn't trim or file my nails. Literally massaged my feet and painted my toenails. No prep work for gel polish so all the polish fell off later that night. (I get gel manicures regularly so I was a little taken back a knew that the gel would not stay on) To dry regular polish they have cheap small hand held fans. That nearly dried the polish. And when we got home the polish was stuck to my grandmas sock.

I understand this is a school and I love supporting those who are learning. And know the price is lower than salons. But even for the price I will not be back. I would rather pay 3x the amount for an actual pedicure.

Always made sure every situation we've had was fixed. Taken many people in over the years. My 3 year old loves that they will put hair chalk in when her cut is done. The instructors have made sure everyone was satisfied even if customer in the wrong. I've observed so many times teaching moments with people not just Cosmo!

Love coming here. The new girls want to do a good job. Teachers are wonderful. Do wish they did body scrubbing and body wraps.

The girl cit my hair exactly how i wanted it vur her suoervisor cut more off and now its shorter then i wanted it. I was not happy and will not be going back.

I just needed my split ends trimmed. The hairdresser was kind and friendly. And done a great job.
