Courageous Cubs won us over with their new clean facility, extended hours, summer activities for the older kids, homemade meals, transportation to and from school and holiday celebrations. The manager or owner is almost always on site! We haven’t quite been there a year but the staff has been great. The only reason for 4stars is because there is always room for improvement! We can’t wait to see what the future holds for Couregous Cubs!

Updated review: Unfortunately, this used to be a wonderful daycare. I never had any concerns leaving my child there. Then the Director left and a new director took over. Prior to this switch, I never saw the old Director sit down. She was always running around and helping out with this kids. She also always addressed any concerns that I had. Now- not so much. The new management sits in the office for the majority of the time and if you have a concern you feel like you are inconveniencing them.

Then my son started having behavior problems. I do not doubt that these were difficult for them to handle as they did not have the staff equipped to handle the behaviors reported to me. I started getting phone calls frequently to pick him up and I would have to either miss a day of work or take him with me. We decided to make the hard decision to switch him to a new daycare. He has been attending here since he was an infant and now is preschool age. He started at the new daycare almost a month ago and it has been a completely different experience. I am normally told when picking him up that he had a wonderful day and there was no problems. So, what was the difference between the two different daycares?

In addition to these concerns, the cost of tuition is constantly raising. At one point, I had seen the tuition increase 3 times in a year. I was paying as much for my 4 year old as I did when he was an infant. They changed ownership at the end of last year. Which meant that there was tax forms for both owners. Amanda who does the bookkeeping was very nice and emailed me the current one but the previous owner sent all her forms to the new director. I asked Amanda that the old forms be emailed me to and she told me she passed the message on to the director. Fast forward weeks later and I haven't heard a thing about the form. So I left several messages with the daycare to try to see if it would be possible to email me my forms. When I finally got a response I was told, "As the email stated- they are in the front office for pick up." I explained that I requested an email as the daycare is across town and my child no longer attends there. I was then informed that she has a very busy schedule and so she will try to get to it or I can pick it up in the front office.

These are the kind of expectations you can have from this daycare. I'm sad. Because this used to be a happy and welcoming environment that I trusted my child to be in. I hate writing negative reviews but at this point I would just like to warn everyone to stay away unless you want to be treated like this.

Courageous Cubs Daycare is a great place to take your little ones. The owners, managers, and teachers truly care about kids. I feel my son is safe when I take him there. Also, I’ve never felt uncomfortable with expressing a concern or talking to them about my sons needs. They are wonderful people. I couldn’t ask for more in my sons care!

We switched to Courageous Cubs over a year ago, it was the best decision we could’ve made for our child. After switching, he was much more agreeable to brushing his teeth. I learned that they brush their teeth after lunch! He loves his teachers and sometimes it’s a fight to get him to leave. The staff are responsive and great to work with. My child has some developmental delays and Courageous Cubs has gone above and beyond loving and helping our kiddo! Highly recommend!

I just started my daughter here not too long ago, & WOW! I’m impressed with how nice management is. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my daughter here knowing that this is a safe & positive environment for her. Even at 4 months old they have her do a craft everyday & I’m just in awe of this daycare.

We’ve brought our kiddos to Courageous Cubs since 2021, our son was only a few weeks old when we first enrolled and they have been amazing! Their app keeps us up to date on meals, diaper changes, activities and more! Their transportation team is awesome and is almost always on time to pick my daughter up from school!

This was an amazing daycare. Im really sad I had to pull my son and move him closer to his new school. He absolutely loved the teachers. Teacher's are amazing with the kids. They are one of the best daycares iv found around town. We will definitely miss Courageous Cubs. If your child has a chance to get into this daycare do it! Mrs. Kirsty is amazing at her job. I do appreciate every single staff on helping my son become the kid he has become today. You guys are amazing!

Courageous Cubs childcare has been such an amazing facility for my son! Being an only child I wanted him to experience playing and socializing with other kids his age! He has thrived here and loves to talk all about his day when he's at home! All the staff knows my child by name (not just his teachers) and always says hi to him in passing! Courageous Cubs has implemented so many amazing things for these children! They always stay in contact with the parents throughout the day letting you know what your child has done! I highly recommend Courageous Cubs for all your childcare needs!

My husband and I have both been very cautious about putting our daughter in daycare because it never felt quite clean enough, or secure enough, or just overall felt like a good match for our family. What a blessing it was for our family when Courageous Cubs opened. Our little two year old loves going to “school”! She learns so much and has made great friendships with the other children and staff. If you are a parent who is on the fence or just has anxiety about finding a good daycare, I couldn’t recommend this facility, the staff, or the ownership more. I know they love our daughter and care for her just like I would, and I’m so relieved and grateful.
