I drove down from Flagstaff for first aid training. Location was easy to find, plenty of space, clean, well-lit, comfortable.
It's been a week without cert card, and no one is answering the phone at the main office - a nice location is not a substitute zero-accountability at the NJ headquarters. I've been calling the guys in jersey since Wednesday to get my card, now they are not answering the phone..
