My 1st child who is soon turning 4 years old has been going to CLC since she was 2 months old and my younger child has been there for a little over a year. WE LOVE CLC!! Ms.Anna is the Best and has made a big positive impact on CLC Manor. The teachers are wonderful and truly care about the children. There is diversity among staff and children. Everything isn't always perfect but they definitely do their best- listening to your concerns and promptly addressing them, providing parents with a free parent education course and reduced cost CPR classes, and sharing helpful information about resources in the community. We are blessed to have our children attend a daycare like CLC!

We have over four years experience with CLC. The center has improved a lot since Ms Anna showed up. There's been less staff turnover, consistency is great for the kids. Glad we stuck around.

We enrolled our infant son here about two months ago and aside from the sick days he's had to take at home and away from CLC, he's so happy to be there and we are so happy we chose this place. Be prepared (I wasn't fully) that your kid will get some sickness starting at a place, but it's all about how the daycare reacts and works with you to help. CLC does a great job.
They really care about the kids and take care of them so well.
As a first-time mom I did my research on my son's first daycare, and while you'll always get some disgruntled reviews at any place, this place attracted me because a few parents have taken their kids here for years. And I plan to do the same.
They encourage baby led weaning but will also spoon feed. They make nutritous and healthy meals my kid actually eats and are patient with him when he's going on bottle strikes or just refuses to eat. They pay attention to hunger cues and tired cues so your kid isn't uncomfortable for long!
They have great schedules for infants, 2-hour diaper checks, scheduled quiet time for good naps. They also let you bring your own sound machine and sleep sack (which my kid needs).
They enrich and help the kids learn. Multiple times at drop-off and pick-up I've seen teachers sitting with the kids, playing or reading to them. They're also not shy about cuddling and nurturing when the kids need it. I don't see them using "baby containers" often, most play takes place on the floor, which I love!
Their infant room faces the parking lot so you can peek in and see how your child is doing if you wish. They always seem happy to see my kid and several of the teachers (most of other classrooms) also know my son's name. When we were adjusting to daycare, they were very patient with him when he started to cry or grab at us and never panicked.
We are always greeted warmly by staff, and can contact them any time via the Procare app. They will send pictures of his playing or if something is up (one time he got a rash and they informed us immediately)
They also listen to your care instructions and make you just feel comfortable leaving your kid to learn and play with them.
Last but certainly not least for a lot of families like ours, they are extremely affordable. I was concerned being in the Austin area that childcare was inflated and that we would struggle. I love the payment system CLC has and it works great for us.

I'll leave you with this. If you're searching for a daycare that feels like a place children would love, has some years on them, and is run by nice and nurturing humans, take a look at CLC. I'm so glad we're part of the family.

As a first time dad, daycare was scary. I was constantly asking myself will they live and protect my child, will he be cared for and nurtured. The ladies at this place are phenomenal. They all knew my son by his first name and they treated him like he was one of theirs. The supervisors are on point and everytime I walked in they spoke with me.

My daughter has been going to CLC since she was 4 mos old (she's now 4 1/2). There have been ups and downs, but overall I'm happy with the quality of care and education she's received. She really likes her teachers, and the PreK class has really helped her to develop some key skills (writing, life skills). She also has several food allergies, and for the most part they've been pretty vigilant. I'll also say that since Ms. Anna took over operations, I've seen huge improvements across the board.

They do a really good job of taking care of little ones especially given this pandemic situation with staff shortages, sickness etc. Toys and surfaces are disinfected multiple times a day, they keep good track of naps and feeding and follow a schedule. They have some really good teachers who actually love kids and take really good care of them, they will work with you to tailor care for your kid. We're glad some of these teachers have been here since our child started, sad when some left but others did join! Nothing beats familiarity and consistency when it comes to kids, they try to build consistency here. We really appreciate this daycare and all they do to take care of our child. This is the best day care around.

I cannot brag about CLC enough! Both my babies loves it here!! I am so thankful for them and how much my babies have learned while in the care of them. They are our secon family. Getting ready to add my nephew to the CLC family bc I know they are gonna treat him as their own just like my other two peas in a pod. Thanks for all that y’all do. Shout out to Ms. Rey and both the director Anna and assistant director Roxanne! We love y’all!❤️❤️
