I am a tenant & it is true that we need an onsite manager. Many people are allowing bad members of the homeless community (that are proven thieves, burglers, and predators) to "stay with them" for short periods until they end up taking advantage of the tenant, allowing their drug abuse to be noticed by everyone, creeping out the kids, or trashing the laundry facilities.
It's a shame, as I believe the majority of current tenants are hopeful this complex can be the beginning of a positive future for their families.
