I like the convenience of the daycare. So far my son seems to enjoy going. I just wish I didn’t feel like I was being rushed or undermined when talking to some of the staff and like they are not sincere. But something’s are to be taken with a grain of salt. One must pick their battles wisely

Enrolled my daughter there and was out on a waiting list for the am slot. She was put in the am class the second day she went there. A week goes by and I am told that she will have to be moved out of the class because the people directly above me on the wait list changed their mind and now wanted the slot that was offered to my daughter. On top of that, her afternoon slot had been filled so we would have to be out back on a wait list for her to even continue going. When I argued that those parents gave up their slot and this my daughter should be able to stay, I was told that they were making an exception because she came from an Hispanic household and the child was not grasping the English language add she should. I was infuriated! My daughter was born 13 weeks premature; had multiple IEP's (one for language delay) and her father and I were going through a divorce. But, that did not count because she was not considered a minority. I demanded a full refund!

I dont reccomend this daycare AT all! My son has been going there since his other daycare closed and I was forced to move him out of KPS and this past year has been nothing but problems with bullying and teachers just not doing a adequate job at making sure the kids are safe and being taken care of properly, my son has been bullied time and time again to the point where he retaliates in a negative way and then HES the one to get punished for his behavior because they didnt see the other kids do wrong! And now after all the time and energy hes been banned from thatlovatiok for the rest of the year and no one could give me cameras footage or prove to me what he was doing wrong I DONT reccomend them at all

My children have been going here for years! These people truly are amazing. They're very friendly, helpful and fair. Any time there has been a minor bump in the road it gets handle appropriately and timely. Seriously best in town. Thanks CK!!
