Staff is surprisingly helpful and polite. Very short waiting when you arrive for an interview appointment. If you have to change an appointment or if you are not going to be able to arrive at your scheduled time, its best to call as soon as possible so they can either advise you to come in anyway or they can reschedule for another day.
