The teachers are not capable to teach. People want to learn, and they didn’t bring the help. It’s like this government office is just using the founds. With no students. In the building.

Not sure how this place still exists but they are very unorganized and unprofessional. I understand they need to abide by certain rules due to their funding but you can clearly tell whoever wrote the grant has no understanding of the population they serve. Their business hours do not conform to the schedules of the people they serve. Slightly ridiculous if you ask me. Their eligibility process is long, confusing, and sometimes questionable (unethical). I rather refer my clients elsewhere.
