Nancy and her team are dynamic and made my entire class feel comfortable being outside of our comfort zones within the first 20 minutes of the first day. Nancy Covert, what can I say that hasn't been said already in these reviews... You took a hard headed knuckle dragger and got me to come out of my comfort zone which doesn't happen very easily. I walked in highly confident but walked out realizing my confidence was able to go higher than I ever thought. I learned to listen and not just criticize, you let me know that I don't always have to take myself so serious all the time and I can let people see the jovial side from time to time. I attended the High Impact Presentations class, and it was great. There are so many times when we think we knocked a presentation out of the park. Many of those times, we have no idea how we really did.

This class allowed us to do many presentations while being videotaped then immediately coached afterwards. This coaching helped me see what I could not see. How my gestures effected my messages and how the tempo of my speaking could change everything.
