Dana was an amazing instructor. He slow down and took his time explains the emergency physical intervention techniques and how to use them. When someone in class was struggled with the technique, he helped walk them through it and practice with them before moving on.

Amazing class! I honestly was expecting some slow drawn out 8hr class. But it was far from that. Dana our instructor was fun and engaging and the class flew by. He made it easy for us to understand and comfortable enough for us to ask questions if we didn't. If you need to do any of your class or get your certificates I recommend coming here to D&E Services AZ .

The class was 8 hours but didn’t feel like 8 hours at all. He did a very good job of explaining everything and keeping us all involved. Definitely would recommend you to get your training done here
