I’ve been calling since 11/09/2023 20x per day AT LEAST. After going thru a lengthy authentication each time, I’m told your phone staff is too busy and can’t answer the call Then, I’m advised to “try my call again later. I’ve called probably 500x and still can’t v get helped.

I went for an orientation. All participants were asked to give social security and ID. I gave my ID to a woman who works there named Amelia and told her I did not have my social but I handed her my Id. At the end she returns everyone’s id crass except mine and states I never gave it to her. I stayed in the office waiting for her to look for it and she came back with nothing and told me that I never gave her my Id. But I did and now she has lost it. I have had no help and now I have to go get a replacement id that SHE lost. What kind of a place is this
