The property is clean and safe. Efficient maintenance and helpful office staff. We have enjoyed the last year of residency. And we renewed our lease agreement with the management team recently. The parking lot is patrolled and the property is monitored by close circuit cameras. If you're looking for a place for family and pets then this is where you should look. Don't hesitate to reach out if you're in need of a place to live comfortably.

To the ladies at the front office: Ruby and Ms. Mo, you two are just too adorable and VERY helpful with all and any questions,
my transition on moving in was a breeze, you ladies are amazing - thank you! For maintenance assistance: Jose and Miguel have been GREAT with responding on any fixings with my apartment. The rapid response with any concerns has been GREAT and in a timely manner - thank you gentlemen for your services on my concerns. I'm really enjoying my experience here!

For the second time in a year, my apt has flooding. My bathroom, bedroom, and living room have all been flooded. The response from the owners is always the same. Call your insurance, wait months for a payout, live in the stench and mildew, and don’t forget to pay your rent on time. No offer of a rent reduction to help you out, no offer for a new apt to get you out of the water damaged apt you’re in, just a F you, pay me. If you’re thinking of moving here, don’t. They will just try to rent you a flooded mildewed mess.

First apartment. We took what we could at the time and this place was absolutely horrible the entire 2 years we were there. Everything was painted over, every outlet, paint specs all over the floors and counters, even the bathtub was painted so you couldn't take a bath without paint chips floating around. Maintenance was never around and the Office was never and when they were, they never did anything to resolve residents problems, answer questions, fix damages or replace air filters etc. Charging extra when you move out for bullshit like their tub paint chipping (chipped before I ever moved in) and paint for the walls that are spotless. (I'm a professional cleaner) That place looked cleaner and more put together than when I moved in. I even left TP, paper towels and Dawn dish soap for the next residents.

Imagine having a pool cleaner come in and clean the pool around the end of spring, right? And then, stay with me… when peak summer hits you do not do nothing of the sorts to do anything to maintain the cleanliness of the pool at all. Which should definitely be something to consider for your residents. It literally looks and smells like what shreks swap would be like. Get it together.

This place is not any different with the new management. They lied and said pools would be open after Memorial Day. No now they need a license. They lie don't move here the pools haven't been open in 3 years. Before you even think of renting here look in the back not the front. We have so many issues besides this just don't do it. Check your plumbing system first...ours has never worked right. They only want their money. You get what you pay for...

I have been publicly critical of the leasing office both before and in the early stages of the transition to new management.

Under new management, Evy left a comment encouraging me to come into the office to discuss my grievances, and I did. She took the time to sit with me patiently through every detail without ever appearing to be scripted in her responses. I left the office feeling confident that she genuinely cared to establish a positive relationship between the leasing office and the residents.

Since then, a couple of our surrounding neighbors have been quite disruptive. I have gone to the office multiple times due to frustration and each time I was assured that my concerns were being addressed. NO ONE in the office, at any point, has made me feel like an inconvenience despite the fact that they are busy. Lianne, in particular, has always been happy to assist me, obviously within reason. Sometimes, just knowing that someone cares can make up for the fact that it is simply impossible for every single issue to be instantly resolved. There are a ton of other residents to be responsible for.

That said, since the flood that happened back in September, the office has been extremely accommodating. We were unfortunately temporarily displaced due to the damage, but they kept us in the loop throughout the process.

With the exception of a few minor issues, we came back recently to a beautifully remodeled apartment. Sadly, someone attempted to kick our door in last night. It damaged the door pretty significantly, but Lianne assisted with a report and sent maintenance to our unit immediately to fix it. My sincerest apologies go out to any unit we may have delayed assistance to as a result, but for obvious reasons, it was important to have our door fixed and the gentlemen did a great job. They always do. They also took care of the other minor issues that were pending while they were here. They are always kind and more than willing to address any concerns we have. Before leaving they took the time to walk us through everything they fixed – amazing customer service.

Nothing is perfect. This review is not to suggest such... only to show well deserved appreciation. Thank you, sincerely.

Reading the comments that I wish I had read before moving here now I see the the pools here haven't been opened or maintained in 3 years like wow they charge a $15 facility charge and the pools are closed all summer long they are disgusting with dead birds i saw a post that said Shreks swamp I don't even think Shrek himself would go to the pool thats how disgusting it is both pools they can't even have one pool open and there in the state of Nevada summers here are hot people would love to go in the pool, the ladies from the office they are very rude, maintenance doesn't come to fix things till months have past if I could give them zero stars I would and to the community manager that comments under every post and sees how bad it is fix it !!! Fire people hire new ones I don't know but do something about it don't just comment under post saying come to the office clearly nothing is getting done even if we go to the office
