These two souls are a big inspiration for me and have helped me so much in my path of healing and growth. The reviews speak for themselves. I was recommended Alessandrina by a friend of mine, when I mentioned I was looking to get certified in reiki. I spent two days (splitting the sessions across both days) with Alessandrina learning the basics, and I have felt incredible ever since. The level 1 attunement is really a matter of making sure YOUR own channels are clear of negative energy, and Alessandrina incorporates the best practices from various spiritual methodologies that she has acquired from her years of experience in the field. Not to mention, her energy was super easy to work with, lightweight, and just outright positive. Thank you for the training Alessandrina, and I look forward to hopefully getting to train in Level 2 with you.

Dexter and Alessandrina are remarkably talented people.
I have attended two different workshops in the past week at their beautiful North Miami Beach home.
The first workshop I attended was last Saturday, it focused on bringing Abundance into one’s life.
The information and seminar content was clear and concise, well thought out and presented in a kind, loving manner that fascilitated me to easily incorporate this knowledge, and therefore also the resulting wisdom into my personal life.
The experience was/is profound for me. Allowing the gentle release of so many decades of long held blockages, through the understanding of how I was generating repeated negative thoughts -that was precipitated by a many lifetime(s) struggle or ‘fight’ against my Natural State of Abundance....

I must admit I was nervous to try PLR hypnosis but my interest and curiosity, as well as complete trust in Dexter, allowed me to have a life altering experience.
I wanted to be at peace and cut chords with what no longer served me . Dexter was the perfect guide; he brought my soul and mind on a journey to the past and allowed me to see and connect with many memories.
I feel so much calmer and serene about the things that caused me so much pain and anxiety. I was able to release so much of the tension and negative feelings associated with just the thought of my present situation .
