Dietrich High School should be ASHAMED. If the leaders in this community had any sense of right and wrong, they would be establishing programs to educate about RACISM, VIOLENCE and ABUSE of power. HOW in the world can this behavior be justified?

Normally I wouldn't blame the school for something that happened on its grounds. But you ignored TIME AND TIME AGAIN reports of racist behavior among your students and did nothing. Your coaches did nothing. So you failed this child, and I'm sure many before him you've failed to protect.

My advice is: Do not fail another, take reports seriously because racial bullying IS serious.

That you let this kind of behavior go unchecked and fester resulted in a traumatic and physically painful hate crime. You need to readjust your priorities and morals right away and begin punishing hateful, racist bullying at your school. Disgusting.
