Great Lobby with a large collection of nice collection of large furniture to sit on. It was very comfortable and the parking lot was very accommodating to our needs.

The parking lot staff was a little slow to respond when we were unable to use the standard opening mechanism due to a mechanical failure.

Elevators are the type that you type in the number in elevator arrives for you. Super cool tech 🙃

On the afternoon of May 12 mens room was an absolute disaster with no toilet paper available in any of the stalls, instead it was all over the floor. Management really needs to make sure the bathrooms are getting clean more regularly.

The world the One World Trade Center is massive you can go for days in this place I have an account in Citibank and I went in there to do business but when you go you have to go look at the one world it's clean it's beautiful it was a nice and air condition the people that work there were very nice I asked for help at the Des and actually you know God help it was a great experience it's not the first time I've been there but it's always nice to go and see the the Beautiful One World Trade Center of course
