As i am exploring this site i am noticing that this site wants to know Personal information that is strictly between you and your landlord that you might not want to put online. They should not be allowed to have income information or question how many will be living with you this is to personal and scary. The state should set boundaries to protect people from this info snatching. If a landlord expects you to put yourself out there like this you might not want to trust him. This site doesn't respect privacy if it did it wouldn't ask what it does when its none of the sites business. this has to be against HIPPA somehow

I live next door to a dwellsy property. Poorly maintained property on the outside. Turn single family home into a rooming house with some undesirable. I feel like I'm living in the projects.

I upgraded to Dwellsy Edge and I got my dream apartment right by the beach in Redondo Beach, CA right in a matter of a couple hours with the Dwellsy Edge instant text alerts. On the other hand, with normal apartment searching websites, I was frustrated and wasn't getting notified when new listings in my area were available. I quickly realized that if you aren't 1st in line, you probably aren't going to get the apartment. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a no stress search.
