Ed and his crew just completed a large landscaping project at our home in La Crescenta. The project transformed nearly every square foot of exterior space on our property. Included in the project were hard and softscape demolition, grading, concrete forming, pouring and finishing, fence and gate post excavation and setting, pergola post and footing construction, stucco covered bench construction and finishing, stone pathway creation, recessed Bocce Court creation, edging, planting, softscaping, lighting, and irrigation. My wife and I are very pleased with the results, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with Ed and his crew. From inception to completion, Ed was extremely generous with his time and his vast wealth of knowledge. I’m a very meticulous person who painstakingly deliberates over design and material selection. Ed met with me numerous times prior to construction to discuss the pros and cons of various options we were considering. Likewise, during construction, Ed took the time to ensure that everything was satisfactory – even for someone as critical and picky as myself! I’m certain that my meticulous nature made me a difficult client to work with, but Ed never made me feel this way. He simply took the time to ensure that the job was done right and that I was satisfied.
Now that the project is complete, we’ve hired Ed to oversee the weekly maintenance of the landscape. We’re confident that his crew will keep everything looking great and that he will promptly address any routine maintenance or repair issues that might arise. We highly recommend Ed and are very pleased to have worked with him.

Ed's Landscaping has done beautiful work on my front yard (9 yrs ago)and back yard (2 yrs) and the work has held up. He had great ideas for the use of the space and was on the job everyday until it was complete. In back yard he took out my grass and put in a low water use landscape and a patio we really enjoy. I also use his lawn maintenance service and they are fantastic! They keep landscaping looking it's best.

Ed is wonderful. He is always polite, very accommodating, extremely knowledgable, hardworking and a hands-on owner. He installed vinyl fencing, synthetic grass, and little rocks to our yard. It looks amazing.

We also have his gardening crew too. They are very polite, kind, efficient employees. They do a great job maintaining our yard.

We have never had any issues with any of his services and work. He answers his phone almost all the time and will return calls if he missed your call. Which is a rarity now days.

I highly recommend his services.

Do not use this guy. One of his people said they wanted a few extra bags of concrete from my driveway work across the street. We put the bags where we were told to put them. Said person must not have told Ed. Ed went out of his way to park his truck blocking access to our waste container without talking to anyone. When I called to politely ask that his truck be moved, he gave me attitude and belligerence. When I politely told him his own employee gave us instructions to put the bags there he shouted at me "then tell him to move them". Naturally I didn't have the employee's phone number.

Rude and unpleasant. I wouldn't use him to sweep my patio.
