Had a good workshop but got a notice that I parked in a private lot, vehicle info recorded and will be towed if it happens again. .... lot was marked for ESC2 which is where I was. WTH?

I took classes there 2 years ago for my GED. The teachers are very patient, they teach at your level and explain by detail if needed. They helped me tremendously and I finally did it. I was 57 years old. It's never to late to get it.
And they will give you guidance after that. They are great!

I know someone who worked here and it was by far one of the worst jobs they ever had. This place is super micro managing and they control every single aspect of your life. I believe that this place is toxic and needs to work on how they run the business.

Their employee Emmanuel Ayala expressed views online that it’s ok for a 6 year old child to be arrested and abused because then the child will learn. I doubt that’s what any parent wants to hear from a teacher.

I applied for an executive-level job here that was posted nationwide on LinkedIn. I live in Washington State. When they called me to schedule an interview (it was a Thurs), they told me my only option was the following Wednesday at 1:30pm in-person for a 30 minute interview. When I explained where I live and my desire to relocate, I asked about Zoom or other options. The person I spoke to didn't seem to care and said that was the only option, no alternatives.

What struck me was the lack of professionalism. The lack of concern and desire to hire quality candidates. Not that I was the right candidate (I'm probably not), not the best first impression. Why advertise nationwide for an executive-level position if you're not going to accommodate out of state professionals? Why is an executive level position only a 30-minute interview? Probably indicates deeper problems within the organization. Not the kind of culture I want to be a part of.

This center is your way to a better future. Please come by for the orientation and you just might be surprised at all they have to offer. You can get your GED and/or take courses for a new career or change in career. There are even English as a Second Language courses. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable.

Free parking and expansive building. Security and information desk as you walk into the building. On the day we were there - everything was a-buzz with activities. Students and faculty going to and fro. People were very helpful and friendly.
