We have been working with Cassie Clark for the past 2 years. She is absolutely amazing!! I felt very lost in the IEP process, and we needed guidance. Cassie came in as our advocate, and knew what supports we needed, and how to navigate the process to see results. We have seen our son grow in every aspect of his life! He is not only academically improving, but socially and emotionally. His confidence has improved tremendously!! It was the best decision we ever made!

Cassie Clark is an amazing and knowledgeable advocate. Her knowledge of dyslexia, reading and the IEP peocess was critical in securing my child’s IEP. Have her by my side at the IEP meeting with her vast technical knowledge of what would be needed to help my child succeed not only in reading but in all areas and to secure the best services for her was invaluable. She is impressive and you will be happy to have her in your side.

Everyone knows and respects Educational Advocacy and Consulting in the Chicago area, they are the pinnacle of educational advocacy in this area and even within the nation. They're famous, and for a reason - with them on your and your child's team, every one of the IEP teammates knows that EAC are professionals, that they know what they're doing, and that everything will move smoothly based upon their working history together.

Stephanie Dawson took a lot of time getting to know my children and my children's needs. She educated me as to what our children needed and how to formulate goals that would ensure they're getting the best education they could. As importantly is her experience in ensuring that data points are put into place to measure the results and outcomes.

I was amazed that basically, whatever Stephanie said our children needed, the school was like, "ok". For Stephanie knows how to communicate effectively to include everyone in the team to work in our children's best interests. It wasn't a matter of cost or issue of resources for our school - Stephanie put the focus on "what's in the child's best interests" and that was that - the school basically agreed to everything Stephanie and I asked for when framed in that context.

I humbly admit that, by myself, I wouldn't have had the knowledge to ask for so much or have the experience in drafting goals and setting up data points in which to measure the results. And if it weren't for Stephanie's recommendations, we wouldn't have found out about dyslexia and dysgraphia.

If you're in need of educational advocacy for your little one, and to ensure a FAPE, look no further than Stephanie Dawson and Carol Dimas of Educational Advocacy and Consulting - it is afterall in your child's best interests!

Ms. Carol Dimas changed the way my schooling went for nothing but the better. She fought for us when we didn’t see a path towards the help we needed. She was determined to do what was best for me, the student, and any help we needed to help me with my learning disability. She made all the difference in my schooling life, and as a kid struggling in school with many tough nights, it was beyond nice not to only have great family, extended family and people like Carol Dimas in my corner, doing whatever they could to help me. It all meant the world and looking back, I wouldn’t be the smart caring young man without her leading the way being the wonderful lady she is.

Absolutely unethical. They do not care for the child, but only about the bottom dollar amount. Refused to communicate to a joint custodial parent even with a court order that says both parents have full access to the IEP advocates. What kind of person or company excludes a parent who wants to be involved? I am so disappointed in this company.

Sara has been our advocate for the last school year and we are so grateful to have found her. From her initial consult to her participation in all of our IEP meetings, she has helped to course correct our son's IEP. It's clear that Sara knows the rules and regulations around IEPs but she is also very knowledgeable about what goals should be made and what is realistic progress. In the IEP meetings, Sara is seen as an expert, not only by us (the parents) but by the school administration, reading specialists and the IEP leaders from FX county. I have recommended her services to many other parents who were just as lost and confused as we were with the IEP process. I wish I had found her sooner. I would recommend that all parents who have a child with an IEP work with Sara.

We were fortunate enough to work with Cassie during the process of requesting some changes to our child’s IEP, as well as completion of the Re-Evaluation and Annual Review. Cassie was knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and timely in all of her interactions with us, as well as the educational team. Our child has dyslexia and her knowledge and understanding of dyslexia and the struggles that our child was experiencing at school were extremely beneficial and helpful. We will never go to another IEP meeting without her.

We worked with Cassie Clark to help advocate for an IEP for our seven year old daughter. She was simply amazing and helped us get the best plan possible. She is an amazing advocate and fights for you and has your best interest in mind and cuts right to the point when meeting with the educators. My wife and I felt like we wouldn’t be able to have gotten what we did for her without Cassie‘s help.
