Sharing my experience. Happy with the service. I got my evaluation report prepared in 7 days as mentioned on their website. Since I had opted for postal service - sending and receiving the documents took 16 days from my home country, India. ( The time might differ from country to country). All the documents were returned (Original and transcript too) as opposed to what I have heard. They timely updated the steps on dashboard. Just follow the steps on their website and if any query you should reach out to them, they will reply swiftly.

I recently used their services for a Course-by-Course transcript of my college degree from Venezuela, and I fully recommend their services. They have a live support chat with people that is always available to assist during business hours. I messaged them multiple times even before purchasing the transcript and all of them were kind, knowledgeable and fast to respond.

It took about a day for their system to show that my documents were received after the delivery was completed by UPS, but after that it took them only 1 day to complete the transcript. Way faster than expected!

I am writing to share my great satisfaction with ECE in the process of my credential evaluation. First and foremost, allow me to make this general statement about what many people who did their studies outside of the US think: YOUR STUDIES OUTSIDE OF THE US ARE NULL AND USELESS WHEN YOU ARRIVE IN THE US. This is at least what I was told by many an immigrant before and when I arrived here. They were telling me to keep my transcripts and degrees in the bed drawers and stat a different NEW life in this NEW land.

But one day I was lucky to attend an online meeting in which Sara Haghighi (Thanks for he), Instructional Manager in Refugee Education Program (REP) at Pima Community College mentioned that credentials from outside of the US can have their academic value after equating them to the US Educational system.

After I discussed this with Heather Tomlins of the Catholic Community Services/Tucson, we started the process. It was super amazing working with her until the last time when I sent her GOOD NEWS that all my degrees (Bachelor, Master and Doctorate) were given recognition and EQUIVALENT as such to be used for employment in the US!
I would like here to give my own testimony and great satisfaction with ECE in each of the steps in the application process:

1. The possibility of 100 percent waiver for refugees
2. The well detailed information on how to apply and send documents
3. The timely feedback and assistance whenever requested. It was incredibly valuable for me to speak to ECE staff whenever I got stuck or got any question. YOU ARE SUPER EXCELLENT!
4. The delivery and follow up: As soon as the evaluation was completed, details were given to my ECE account and the reports and ORIGINAL documents sent back to me; each and every stage was communicated thanks to the tracking number via the UPS.

As for now, I have started a campaign to mobilise all those who had been misinformed that their studies out of the US are null and void to wake up and take their degrees out of their drawers and send them to ECE. I am sure you will receive a good number of them from now and I am already assisting two or three of my friends in the process.
