My experience at Educational Outfitters has been exceptional! I have worked with several members of their team and have received wonderful customer service, direction and assistance. I am a first-time uniform parent and admittedly, a bit nervous, about purchasing the correct style, size, fit, texture and even quantity. Every one of my questions and/concerns was addressed immediately and I have been in contact with them for several months regarding more orders and had very similar top-notch experiences. I am organized, prepared and informed about purchases, but this was new territory and they were all so helpful! Jordan was particularly kind and attentive to me during my transactions. Thank you to your entire team - my kiddo looks fantastic and I am not stressed at all about future purchases!

Additional management has been incredible! I ordered the week before school and they were turned the order around for me fast enough that my son had clothes that fit for the first day of school! Good prices, great quality and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend! Support local business:)

We went at the end of July to order uniforms for an Aug 28th start day. It took 4 weeks to get the uniforms in and we got them the day before school started. Good for us, but a little uncomfortably close to the deadline. I will discuss our feedback for what we would like them to make right in person.

It took me a week to get someone on the phone concerning my order. They never answer or call you back if you leave a message.
I have purchased pants for my son and have had problems with the quality. Two pairs have fallen apart at seams and they are not durable. His latest pair lasted two weeks.
I also just had to order pants since they had nothing in stock (happens every time I go in) at back to school time and had to wait a month to get them. Now I find that the pants aren't even the right fit. I ordered slims and got regulars. I will order pants somewhere else.

0 customer service skills. Late product arrivals. Not sure why they have a phone number they don’t answer. They don’t return messages. Finally got a text to pick up 1 of the items we ordered questioned them about not returning phone calls and the response was we just got down listening to 350 messages. Well I know I was 2 of those 350 and I didn’t get a call back so cool story glad you guys listened to messages. Sounds like they are overwhelmed and need to hire more people or maybe the concern is just not customer service oriented company. Maybe if you answer the phone you won’t have so many messages crazy concept right!!! Thankfully the school has other vendors to shop through!

In my opinion, there are a few key issues and problems that undoubtedly cascade into a snowball effect for the people shopping here.
First: Short staffed is an understatement. To me, this is the biggest issue. The staff members look stressed. Watching interactions between the employees and customers is painful. ! The staff make hugely impactful mistakes because of this... Hire more humans!! Train them until they can do it with confidence. Yes, it's expensive... but worth the investment. Good employees who know what they're doing and can do it effectively are priceless!
Second: The "organized chaos" upstairs..and the main shopping hub for most customers. Is confusing, cluttered, and seems extremely inconsistent as far as what is "in stock." My anxiety while attempting to navigate the boxes, racks... became increasingly unbearable. . On top of that, the odds of finding the uniform needed in the size that is needed is maybe 10% successful.
Third: Pricing. I get it. It's private school uniforms. That being said, the quality of the product(s) absolutely doesn't match the pricing. This makes it even more frustrating when you sit at the check-out for 30+ minutes for various reasons. CLEARLY, there is a big profit being made!! Why is this profit not reflected in the customer service that is provided!?

At the end of the day, it's a mediocre (at best) place to shop. Such a shame because the owner essentially has the entire market to themselves... and is unfortunately not making the most of it.

Ridiculous!! Went today to order a green plaid uniform. I ask the girl about it and she tells me that she will let me know about shipping once I place the order and pay. After I paid I ask her when should I expect my order and she said “it can be in 7 days or 5 months” and I was like…… what? And she said very rudely “it doesn’t depends on us, we Depend on suppliers and we have no control over that so between 7 days to 5 month”! 😳 so I just told her to cancel my order and issue me a refund. Not to mention it was 68.00 and I just got ordered it in JCPenny for 22.88 for the Same one. This was my first time in this store and it was a joke.
