I highly recommend this certification agency! All the staff members are incredibly dedicated, responsible, and enthusiastic. Before completing the certification, I had many questions and consulted Yezi online several times. My wife was ill and applying for a position with a deadline for submission close of business Tuesday after a long weekend . She needed her evaluation ASAP. I left San Jose at around 2pm, arrived at 3:30pm and expected we would have to wait until Tuesday which would have been tight. I explained the situation and they were willing to complete it same day even after closing. We couldn't be note satisfied and I'm grateful for their understanding. The whole staff was friendly and multi lingual. Thank you !
