Maylan Newton and ESI have been part of my professional career for over a decade; I was first introduced to Maylan when I started working for a shop owner he was consulting in 2011. I was quickly sent to the “Service Writers School of America,” from there, my career flourished. The tools and information gained from service writer school have been integral to my development as a service advisor and leader in the shop. Since I began in this shop, I moved from service advisor to shop manager to shop owner in 2023 when I purchased the business from the original owners. Having Maylan and his team available as a newer shop owner has become invaluable. Maylan is currently our consultant, and we are sending our new service advisor to service writer school to learn the same values and leadership tools that have helped me get to where I am today.

We've been working with Maylan and Jeff at ESI for a few years now and honestly don't know if we would be in business today if it wasn't for them. Their coaching has been invaluable. People say "those who can't do teach," well Maylan and Jeff have done it all and continue to do it, which is what makes them such great teachers.
