I'm shocked to see negative reviews. I'm going on 6 years with them. I come from 20 years in corporate America and have been impressed with ESI's organization, communication and responsiveness. I literally have nothing but praise for the company.

Issues with payroll and Human Resources. Unprofessionalism, disrespect and giving out Erroneous information.. Attacking their own employees without facts. Refusal to listen to the real facts/truth. No they do not care about the employees.
Worst organization/substitute placement agency in AZ. This company is a detriment to the state of AZ. Never ever have had any previous issues only this company.

Terrible agency. I have worked at receiving my fingerprint clearance card and teaching certification, which I received both. Applied with ESI for a high school subbing position and they will not give me consideration, nor have an appeals process. I have a prior DUI, which I’m assuming disqualifies me, but at this point I have not been notified of the reason. I have 2 degrees and working on my Masters in Mental Health. I feel I would make a good sub in this time of need of teachers and the mental health crisis.

Nice office building but severely lackluster HR personnel...asking robotic unimaginative interview questions like reading from a script. Zero life verve zest or energy. They acted bored or tired and apathetic. I would never describe them as being sharp or polished exuding a high degree of professionalism or class.
