ETS is horrible. It employs people who treat test takes like criminals. They constantly interrupt the test taker while they are trying to focus. They can't get scores back to test takers in a timely manner and don't follow through with getting scores back on the date they tell you. I have had to take multiple test through ETS and every single one of them was a horrible experience with the proctors. Even the customer service is ridiculous. When I called to get information, I was told one thing but then when I followed up with the issue I got a completely different answer and a complete run around. I really wish there were options in my area for taking needed tests. But ETS is the only option. I hope I never have to work withy ETS again.
