Don’t come to this establishment for work or therapy. Supervisor is irresponsible. The therapists are overworked. The environment is very toxic and high stressed.

Many occasions, the supervisor came in sick. And didn’t wear a mask which endangers the people around them. It also occasionally smells like smoke inside.

So many great and dedicated therapists that love working and playing with their clients! They really worked to accommodate my schedule when I first came on in 2019 and provided all the training I'll ever need. The clinical director is really involved and is actually interested in seeing the kids and therapists succeed, which is rare in other ABA places. The kids are always treated with dignity and respect, and we often hear from parents that their kids wake up asking to come in to the center! ETS provides tons of toys and materials for all kinds of kids, so would never need to use punishment as a motivator. I've been able to meet and work with so many local families and make amazing and real progress with these great kids.

Nothing but positive things to say about this company. The owner is educated and has a clear understanding about early intervention and young kids on the spectrum. The clinic is warm and inviting, with plenty of space for the children to play but also areas where they are able to work one on one with their ABA therapists. The therapists themselves are young and full of energy and they all have a clear passion for the kids the are working with every day. They use modern, fun and engaging activities to teach the kids everything from coping skills to how to behave in a community setting to basic academics like the ABCs and math and self help skills like eating and dressing themselves. I would recommend ETS to anyone with a child on the spectrum who is looking for a clinic in the area.
