I would give this zero stars if I could. We had a very bad situation on our bus ride that could have ended a lot worse than it did. This situation could have been EASILY avoided if it wasn't for our tour guide making snarky comments. After the situation she had no remorse for us whatsoever and acted like she was above all of us. I hope not everyone is like this in the company but our experience was horrible.

Absolutely 100% unaccomadating . We expressed months before the trip there were vegans going on the trip ,We paid the same prices , but were left w NOTHING to eat . 0 stars. Get with the times.
