I waited on hold for 45 minutes, when someone finally picked up my call he was super condescending and did his best to make me feel stupid. Obviously if I am calling I need help, not someone to drag me down. Hopefully I won't need anything from them in the future, because I'll go without before I'll rush dealing with that jerk again. Thanks for making my day even better! 😐

When I called in November for heating assistance the employee made an error and did' not submit my application for heating benefits but gave me the amount of their prior pledge for my heating.
l thought my bill was covered for a few months so I haven't been paying. Today I got a call from Idaho.Power because my bill was way over due. I called El Ada and talked to a supervisor "Carol " who was very nice and helpfu.
Carol very pleasantly and quickly figured out what happened and took care of my problem. El-Ada paid my bill immediately. Very good service!

If your a Veteran and in need of housing and also very very patient with time to come in several times a month for paperwork this is the place that can help. Everyone helps out one day you'll see Robert the next Marcus, the next who knows. They can help you find a great new home if you willing to wait three months or more. If your willing to stay at the local mission for months while waiting and have a flexible job to come in at their convenience this is the place for you.
