I'm outraged and hurt at the same dang time. So much was tolerated that never should have been overlooked. For example, the morbid stench of age old piss that lights up the entire nursery. It made me hold my breath everytime. Overly saturated diaper on my baby was observed during random pop-ups and never receiving any diapers back after an abundance was provided for my child. The progressive appearance og diaper rash since going there. Random little scrapes n what not. Okay not OK. All of that was sub-par and its my fault for continuing use them despite speaking to staff about said concerns. What's topped the bakery was the way I heard them negatively speaking about a particular child and the mother of said child. Cruel, disheartening and demoralizing at the same dang time. It's one thing to need to improve on standard operating procedures however, it's a whole different ballpark when the wicked nature of the staff members hearts at element Learning center was exposed I was DONE. What a sad experience. #NEVERAGAIN #AUTISMSPEAKS

Horrible child care Center 😞. I Wouldn't send my dog here . Unprofessional, Uneducated and No compassion for Special needs children which is Sad.
