Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location and setting. I stay at Marriotts for work and decided to book a night here until my Airbnb was available the following day and I’m very pleased. The hotel is lovely, relaxing and has a spa feel. Modern but organic feeling decor. We stayed in a double queen mini suite and it was perfect. Great use of space, layout was executed perfectly. Very quiet, our room was third floor above the pool and we heard no sounds while people were using it. ||Kitchenette is great, full size fridge, office desk, sofa, cozy chairs AND a filtered water bottle filler at the tap so no wasteful water bottles. ||The team at check in was friendly and helpful. Pool area and lounge areas through the hotel are cozy and feel relaxing. You can walk to food in minutes and it’s a 5 min drive to hiking.

Great stay. Nice staff, especially Ron, who basically gave a an itinerary for my stay with his first 10 places to visit to get a lay of the land. Front desk staff also nice. Not a bad spot, away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona but close enough. The hotel felt fresh and crisp. Hotel breakfast was good. Only ding is the $20 per day parking fee. I guess they do it because they can.

We love the Element brand. The beds are the best as are their pillows. The setup is perfect for a quick trip for our family of 4. They offer outstanding breakfasts and the properties all offer great amenities. This one had an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as fire pit. The one we stayed in in Portland Oregon had a basketball court and fire pit. They have one of the best hotel gyms out there and the staff are all very friendly. This is the one brand we always look for in every city we visit. My only complaint about this particular Element is the HVAC unit was loud. Not much could be done which was unfortunate. It did not ruin our stay and we will be looking forward to our next Element visit. Thank you for another wonderful trip.

The Elements Sedona would have gotten a better grade if their service was adequate. The hotel is well situated to Sedona but far enough away to allow you to get away from the crowds. It serves a daily hot and cold breakfast. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub with an adjacent outdoor patio. The negatives were:|A. Parking is a problem - why build a hotel with inadequate parking?|B. Room service was difficult. Our room was never fully attended to over 6 nights. I think hiring might be an issue. We had to make frequent trips to the front desk for necessities. |C. The front desk staff was inconsistent. Some were helpful and others were not. |Overall the physical hotel and location were great. The service was inadequate.

Great quiet location with breakfast and a very nice lobby/patio area. Modern and new. Many walkable places to eat including a grocery across the street.
We had an issue with the bed linens that was taken care of promptly and sufficiently.
Not a 5-star because they charge you to park and there is not sufficient parking for the hotel. 2 nights (after 7pm) out of 3 we had to park in another lot that we had to walk from. This is the only thing that could be fixed. Don't charge for parking if your guests potentially can't even park there. We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were nice, although lacking hooks to hang clothes on. The sofas had dog hair all over them and ruined my clothes. The biggest mistake some hotels have made is accepting pets. They do not belong in hotels. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable, and for the most part, it is a beautiful hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The service was impeccable, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. We were particularly impressed with how warm and friendly everyone was.
One highlight was the extra special breakfast they helped with - Dory went above and beyond to make it perfect. Austin, who cooked our meal, did an outstanding job! The food was cooked to perfection, and it was clear he took great care in preparing everything. Not only was the breakfast deliciousz

Connie was another standout—she gave us fantastic advice on what to do in the area, from local attractions to hidden gems we wouldn’t have found on our own. Her insights truly elevated our trip and made exploring the area so much more enjoyable.
Bed were super comfortable! Room was super clean! Front desk guy was awesome and friendly.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff’s genuine care and attention to detail made our stay memorable, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
