Great family gym. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. No guess work, everyday the workout is on the board/app. The coaches are knowledgeable and can scale any movement. Great gym no matter what skill level!

My favorite thing about EF256 is the encouragement you receive from not only the coaches but the members, too! I cannot recommend this gym enough- whether you’re a beginner or advanced athlete!

Great upbeat atmosphere. The coaches are very understanding of the different abilities of people. It can be very intimating to go to a new gym but they welcome you and genuinely care about your fitness training. Elite Fitness is more along the lines of a small group with a personal trainer than your typical gym where you are made to feel lost and not knowing where to start.
