Pretty disappointed it doesn’t list this place as a place to park for the Chief Ladiga trail. Try it it doesn’t come up. Can someone fix that? We’re from out of state and it gave us a place to park behind the Police station. It worked, but we didn’t realize it until we already went to Anniston and back, then went a little further and saw it. It also was closed today, the hours on google say it’s open today 4-7-24. Can someone fix the hours? Just asking, thanks! ☺️

Stopped here twice on our Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga Trail round trip. Excellent facility with bathrooms and electrical outlets available. Nice gazebo with a swing. The center itself is very cool. People are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We went here today and met the nicest gentlemen there running the center. They gave us a tour of the house. We got free snacks. They had drinks available for a small fee. They even had a shower available if you have your own towel and soap. I would carry a little cash if you want to leave a donation and they also have Chief Ladiga tshirts available for $20.00.

This historic building houses a facility for users of the Chief Ladiga Trail (a multi-use path which extends the Silver Comet Trail [GA]) in Northwest Alabama. Like the Silver Comet, the Chief Ladiga is built on a former railroad right-of-way -- so it's very flat, making it good for beginning cyclists. The Eubanks Center is in Piedmont, AL about 14 miles west of the GA/AL line, near the southern tail of the Appalachian mountain range. This is a very scenic area.

You can refill your water bottles and use the restroom at the Center.
