At here, ‘we’ may allow kids with a certain type of race bully other kids without taking any effective actions nor letting the parents meet with each other to fix issues. Instead, ‘we’ may let the victim families quit and let them know all the video recordings were erased. ‘We’ have plenty of teachers but they may be just too busy to see a consistent bullying happening with a certain kid and ‘we’ have to help that trouble kid for what reason ‘we’ don’t know. But don’t worry ‘we’ would apologize vocally and stop replying emails. Again, you see our good reviews from y* and g*, ‘we’ filter bad reviews in timely manner so ‘we’ are good.

Very friendly staff in the office and classrooms. Tuition includes food, snacks, and diapers. Our baby is in the toddler class and started just when he turned 1. Initially, he was hesitant when I’d drop him off but he after about a week or so he started warming up. Their app allows you to watch the cameras whenever your child is checked in which helped put my mind to ease and I saw how he blossomed and played with the other kids over time. I’ve noticed an improvement in his social skills with other kids and do feel he is learning and speaking more. Unfortunately we are moving and have to find another daycare closer to us which is hard because he’s already gotten comfortable. He formed a special bond with Ms. Nelee from the toddler class who is always so sweet and welcoming. We appreciate his experience here.

Guess why they were there for years but only have 4 reviews on Google? Everbrook Chino Hills is not treating our kids correctly, even after we reported to the principal and Chino Hills PD, we were let to believe no action would be taken by the PD unless our kid ended up in emergency room. ( But isn’t that too late?) And the school just wanna covering it up with a great attitude. The teachers are chatting all the time. They only pretend they care when parents were present. When the babies are being constantly bullied, they just stand there and laugh without taking any actions and get our kid into behavioral changes and we are seeing the doctors. If you have no choice but sending your babies here, make sure you are watching the camera at all times WHILE you are paying them to take care of your kids. But if unfortunate circumstances happen, they might just tell you the footage has been erased even with multiple requests you sent. Then you have no evidence at all because you have to sign the contract not recording the videos or taking screenshots. But at least you can notice the problem soon enough to get your babies out of there before further harm happens.

I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful experience my child has had at Everbrook Chino hills, From the moment we enrolled him, we knew he was in the best of hands. The teachers, Angie and Jaque, along with the principal, Gale, have created an exceptional learning environment that fosters growth, kindness, and professionalism.

Teacher Angie and Teacher Jaque are an incredible duo. Their dedication to each child's development is evident in every interaction. They are patient, nurturing, and always find creative ways to make learning fun. My son comes home excited about the new things he's learned, and it warms my heart to see him so eager to share his experiences with us.

Principal Gale is a true leader. She exudes warmth and approachability while maintaining a high level of professionalism. She is always available to address any concerns or answer questions from parents, making the entire preschool community feel like one big family.
