I want to give a shoutout to the team at Everbrook Academy. From the top level staff to the caretakers themselves, there is a high level of care for the families and kids. The process from scheduling a tour, to finally enrolling was quick and easy, with prompt communication and clear expectations from the beginning.

My child, (19 months), has learned some sign language, but has become so verbally proficient that I can hardly believe the transformation. They change diapers frequently, update their daily activities frequently and include pictures of the kids as they go. There’s even an app that everything runs through, including a camera where you can check the live feed. We have had zero issues whatsoever and look forward to a great, long relationship with Everbrook for a number of reasons.

Highly recommend this daycare!! We made the switch to this daycare about 3 months ago and it was the best decision I could have made for my kids. The front office staff and teachers are so nice and welcoming. The curriculum they provide for the kids is great. They do so many activities and are always staying busy. The Sprout About app they use is wonderful. It provides live updates and is a great way to communicate with the teacher if needed. As a mom, it’s comforting knowing I am dropping my kids off at a great place and in good hands.

Quick take: Avoid this place.
We are moving our child asap and recommend other parents look to find other options.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We were there two weeks.

We have an active little boy that does all kinds of jumping, sliding, etc.

Based on bruises consistent with these activities (that they supervise), “someone” called CPS and filed a report. Of note, the main bruise came from a fall on their slide we saw on video and pointed out.

We were completely floored! The CPS investigation involved bringing in our older son to be interviewed (he was so shaken by the process he cried. Shame on you everbrook!), and calling our friends and family. The report was closed BTW, but took 2 months of stress.

Baseless CPS reports from uncaring child ‘care’ are not helpful. The Director is more concerned with CYA than kids and families. She knew the bruise was from their equipment.

Overall, they are ignorant and not caring to the effects of these complaints on the lives of families. The director is CYA and will hide behind her ‘mandatory reporters’ cover.

This is our youngest of 5 kids and we’ve never, never seen this kind of ignorant, harmful behavior.

We are moving our child asap and recommend other parents look at other options.
